In accordance with the weight and height, dogs are broadly divided into 3 types i.e. Large Dog Breed, Medium Dog Breed and Small Dog Breed.
The height of the Medium Dog Breed lies between 15-22� and weight lies between 20-60 lbs. Apart from height and weight there may not be anything common in medium dog breeds. Activity level, temperament, grooming needs vary from breed to breed. Some of these dogs adapt well to apartment life, some need little big area to roam around. Moderate amount of exercise is must for each dog to keep it healthy both physically and mentally.
